La ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación.
El desayuno escaso en variedad y mal café para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no disponían de leche sin lactosa. Lo único bueno es el zumo de naranja natural. El lavabo en la misma entrada de la habitación. El no poder cerrar la puerta que separaba la cama del mismo.

perfecta escapada en la ciudad
El hotel está muy bien decorado, una atmósfera para escapar de la ciudad estando en ella. El area de SPA es muy buena aunque no es muy grande puedes relajarte y desconectarte.
Hicimos una reservación que incluía el desayuno. Nos indicaron que había que pagar un implemento de 6e por llevarlo a la habitación, suplemento que no es habitual en este tipo de hoteles. Adicionalmente algunos productos son de pago adicional como el muslo, información que no está marcada ni fue indicada cuando preguntamos en la recepción. Solo nos dijeron que el omelette y los huevos fritos tendrían costo adicional. Los huevos brouilles están incluidos pero la calidad es muy mala. Creo podrían mejor mucho en este aspecto para hacer la experiencia totalmente buena.
